From the East – August 2019

Greetings Brethren,
Brethren and friends August is shaping up to be another busy month for Anaheim Lodge. We are raising money for “Raise A Reader”, having a third degree rehearsal; as we hope to get some new brethren exposed and participating in making masons! Finishing the month by raising Brother Martin Geotina to the sublime degree of Master mason. Brothers Anaheim Lodge needs not only your support but also your participation! MAGA (Making Anaheim Great Again) is not going to be accomplished due to the hard work and efforts of only our officers. They need all of you to help however you can, and whenever you are needed. Last but not least; make sure to make every effort possible to attend our September stated meeting. We will be discussing and voting on a resolution brought before lodge to support a balanced budget and financial stability. Looking forward to seeing all of you at Anaheim and supporting this great fraternity we all enjoy! Fraternal Regards,
Kevin Stibich,
Worshipful Master

From the West – August 2019

Greetings Brethren,
Looking back in July, we had a great month with a degree, fellowship night and a 75 Year Diamond Jubilee award ceremony, in which we had the honor as a lodge to put together. On July 12, Brother Robert D. Schafer received the Diamond Jubilee award; his wife and three of his daughters accompanied him. It was truly amazing to be a part of and to have it done at the lodge was nothing less than spectacular. Congratulations to Brother Robert D. Shafer on your dedication to Masonry and to our lodge.
On July 17, we put together an amazing first degree for Brother Raymond B. Carig. It was a great turnout! Brother Paul Durrell sat in the East to open and obligate Brother Carig and he did a great job as Master. We have to give thanks to Long Beach Lodge 327, Los Cerritos Lodge 674, Angels Gate Lodge 198 and Solomon Staircase Lodge 357 for being present and helping with the degree. Thank you everyone who came out to support and Congratulations again Brother Raymond. To the start of your Masonic journey.
We are that much closer to completing the upgrade of our new website. In the coming weeks, I will be sending out a link to the new site to all the brethren for any feedback and suggestions. I want to remind you that we are limited as to what we can do with the site, for example, we are not able to modify or change the layout.
I also want to keep encouraging our brethren to attend our events, degrees and take part of everything we do at Anaheim Lodge.
We are looking forward to August! We will see you at Lodge!

From the South – August 2019

Greetings from the Station of Beauty!
July has been such a busy month for the Lodge. From a successful stated meeting to an amazing fellowship night, Anaheim Lodge has been busy spreading brotherly love, relief, and truth.
On July 24th we had our fellowship night at Linbrook Bowl in Ana-heim! We shared laughs, stories, refreshments, and even some went on stage to perform some Karaoke! It was a night to remember. We will be going to Linbrook Bowl more often as our fellowship nights in-crease, so please take a couple hours of your day and enjoy true fel-lowship.
Let us not forget about the pancake breakfast on August 17th at the DeMolay center. For only $10 you get an all you can eat breakfast with bacon, pancakes, french toast and all the fixins! All proceeds go to the Raise a Reader Program that provides books and school supplies to schools in need, which is a lot in our beautiful city. Come and support the fight against illiteracy.
As always on August 7th is our stated meeting. You do not want to miss the amazing dinner we have in store for all of you! Dinner starts at 6:30. Women eat free and brothers are only $5!
Fraternally,
Ash Nalbandyan
Junior Warden
